- Orders can be cancelled without any penalty as long as the cancellation request is made before the order is dispatched.

**2.2 Cancellation After Dispatch**
- Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

- For orders that have been dispatched and refused at the time of delivery, an 85% refund of the order value will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process.
